I have finally come up with an avatar entry, based off of a Purple Passion Vulnyx, showing the Feathered Wings mutation. (I would prefer a Lesser Genetic Mutator.)


A human thrust a trap at the Purple Passion Vulnyx. Hissing, she lept out of the way, the snare nearly missing her tail. She fled into a nearby bush. Ever since this "Festival of Love" began, humans had been chasing after her, calling her a "Rare Purple Passion Vulnyx" and throwing nets at her.And her wing "mutation" didn't seem to be helping her avoid the human's lust, either. Though, crafty as she was, she has always managed to slip away, but it still bothered her.

After her escape, she decided to wander around for a bit. She came upon the entrance to the garden. She saw a guard standing at the entrance, she actually sort of liked the guards, as they meant less annoying humans got in. Near the guard, she saw something peculiar, a crate with a few pets near it. Curious, the vulnyx went over to investigate. As she did so, the guard came over. The vulnyx hissed and cowered, but the guard scooped her up anyway.

The guard, whom the the vulnyx found out was named Yam, kept asking people if she belonged to them. As if! She would never become the "pet" of some human! At the end of the day, with the garden getting ready to close, the guard settled down.

Taking this chance, the vulnyx crept away, she went back to the pets by the crate and offered them some food. Then, she crept away, back into the garden.

The Heart Queen glanced around the front of her portal, checking for any bandits in sight. She would rather not let her followers know she was sneaking out into the Field of Love dressed as the usual Sylestia citizen. Since Krin and Fai had extended the festival, it meant an extra three days' worth of work for her, and she may as well enjoy herself in her spare time by chatting with other Sylestia citizens on the area chat and leisurely waking around the garden. She doesn't care about the master that was supposed to appear later (and haven't made up by Krin yet), she just want to have a bit of fun.

Bumping up~ 2 and a half hours to go~!

koori no oni died at a horrible expense. She got hit by a car on Earth in front of her lover. They were due to get married in a month so she begged the grim reaper to give her a second chance at life.

"So you think your actually love him and he loves you in return correct?" he grimaced as much as a skeleton possibly could.

"Of course I know this" she groaned slightly annoyed.

"Well are you a betting woman? Miss Koori. I bet if I ask him to take your place in order to show his love that he wouldn't do it..." he laughed wickedly.

"well, that is hardly...."

Grim snapped his finger before her finishing her sentence. Koori watched as Gage appeared before us.

"Wha....what is this...Koori!!!!!! How are you here righ....." He paused getting a view of the grim reaper for the first time. "Oh my...what the hel...."

"Thats enough........I take it you love her right" he points a skeletal finger at Koori."

"Why of course I'd give my life for her!" he exclaimed

"Well good news Gage, that is exactly what I can let happen! You can die and take her place and she gets to live, great news right" his evil smirk was clearly showing somehow

"Oh uhm...speaking of which I was thinking of a different Koori...I'm sorry ma'am for getting you confused..." He diverted his eyes from her.

"GAGE! What, do you not love me?, you promised you did..." She started to cry loudly.

"Alright enough of this....." In a second a whirlwind appeared and Grim dragged Koori down to the underworld.

Koori was on her knees moping into her hands when she felt a sharp pain in her heart. "what..what is going on!"

"Oh I figured you didn't need your heart anymore....you know....since he didn't really love you." Grim chuckled. "I figure right about..................................NOW that your heart has become frozen and cold."

Koori stood up. "My pain is gone.....How could he have done that to me......there's no such thing as love." she grumbled.

"Of course not. There never was. From now on Koori your name is Koori on oni --Ice Demon. When you can prove to me and find a couple who's love is true your curse will be lifted and I will allow you to have another chance on Earth as a human."

"pff I know now there's no such thing as love now. Your asking the impossible" Koori saw the look on Grim's face. "fine there is no point in arguing with death." With that she went on her journey to find out if true love can exist.

My take on the Goddess of Love! Wearing reds and pinks year after year must have gotten a little boring, so let's switch it up with black and gold!
