Yeah I missed a huge chunk of the game I think around when version 2 came out, that was when I wasn't a serious player. Literally our ocs are twinsies, I love the concept of being a Fatui researcher. I think the Fatui are my favorite faction in the game, every single one of them are slays I'm in love with Dottore and Pierro and probably the Tsaritsa. I don't care very much abt Scaramouche though.... I heart Fatui!!
Yeah Cyrus was my previous hyperfixation before Valentino, I wrote a couple short stories abt him. I was looking up like the meanings behind the different types of visions lol and I think geo definitely suits him very well. It was either that or electro, but he seemed more of a geo guy. Also a catalyst bc he's #different. I want more geo bows and catalysts in the game we alr have so many claymores smh. He does not have a delusion bc it would probably kill him after a single use lol, he has pretty poor health from a chronic illness

So another admission. Wow I'm really spilling everything here. JJK is def one of the fandoms I only have one foot into, I just really liked Nanami. So... my oc is like rlly overpowered and makes no sense LOL. Basically he's kind of like a bounty hunter maybe like Toji except he works mainly with Tokyo Jujutsu High. His technique is the ability to freely manipulate cursed energy in literally anything and his domain expansion allows him to create objects out of cursed energy.... ehhh it's really weird and convoluted and if I ever watched the show I'd most definitely change stuff about him lol... He was also one of my first ocs and I have not thought about him in a long time. I don't even think he has a full name yet????

My HSR oc is also not very fleshed out, I actually dropped the game a while ago bc I simply didn't have the time to play it and I'm not too keen on going back. I'm actually trying to see if I can sell my account for some spare cash lol. But the outline of my oc was this merchant who traveled across the different worlds and is generally a nuisance but is familiar every major character. I guess it's technically two ocs bc he's one sibling in a set of twins

yes he is pantalone's son except pantalone is the most deadbeat father to exist. and he kinda. dipped. a little after miyue was born (around 6-7?). miyue's mom is xingqiu's sister, they're actually biologically cousins but they like to think of themselves as half-siblings/stepsiblings. miyue hates the feiyun family and he's cut ties with everyone but qiu lol

lie is actually quite similar to scaramouche! and he was made using parts of yae miko's dna! he's not a doll/puppet like scara, think something similar to cloning. he looks nothing like yae though lol. he has trouble with his sense of identity bc genetically he's liyuean/inazuman (was made with adepti and kitsune dna) but he was dumped and raised in mondstadt lol. he thinks of himself as a mondstadtian

As for who I main... honestly I don't really have a set main? I have a lot of characters leveled who I play as. I guess I could say I'm a Bennett and Baizhu main, both dps of course. One of my favorite things is to make nonconventional builds for characters or just straight up build the more obscure characters.
Dottore hngnngngh I am so obsessed with that man. He is so... !!!!! His lore is amazing and his character is amazing and his design is amazing and I literally love him so much I will go feral for him. I actually used to not be a Childe fan, I think TikTok and the Genshin fandom in general ruined him for me. I am beginning to like him more now so I guess I'm just... neutral with him lol. And yes! Someone who isn't obsessed with Scaramouche! He just seems like a major brat to me and his redesign was definitely a little disappointing. I simply don't understand how people simp for him or whatever and his fans def don't make me like him any more. Fatui tho <3. I love it when the game like gives them personality and make them seem actually human rather than mindless soliders for the Tsaritsa.

I guess I'm kind of into anime? Like I definitely interact with the content and stuff and I enjoy watching anime tiktoks but I just don't have the attention span to watch it, especially more recently. The last anime I watched was Jojo's Bizzare Adventure but I only got like halfway through season 2. I do have the first 3 of the JJK manga tho so I probably will give it a read.... eventually......
No need to hold back because Nanami is literally amazing. I have a Nanami poster and figurine of him in my room lol. Nanami, Choso, and Higuruma have to be my top 3 characters in JJK they all are great.
For my oc's domain expansion.... I really don't know lol. Like I said I kind of bs'd his abilities and stuff bc I never watched the anime so yeah lol. But if I ever do get around to watching JJK I will for sure revisit him.

Yass nuisance merchants definitely need their own genre of character. Honestly, kind of just merchants in general. They have their own dynamic and it's just so fun seeing how they interact with the main characters.
His twin is kind of the opposite? Like she keeps him grounded. One thing about me and my ocs is that
1. I love "nuance" (as me and my best friend joke about) in my characters
2. I love the idea of opposites attract
So a lot of the times my ocs will have conflicting personalities with the person they're being shipped with or with other ocs. Maybe conflicting isn't the right word? But they just differentiate a lot. But the characters I really like in games and shows tend to be around the same so that means my ocs all fall under the same 2 archetypes lol.

Oh my god aus. Every single oc of mine has some sort of au for them as well because some of the scenarios I think of just don't fit in the canon so... au it is lol. It allows me to explore them as a character more too so it's fun to make aus.

YES!! someone who gets it. aus are such a good way to explore characters and play around with perception and different fandoms!! in fact miyue (and lie. and saerin. and some other ocs) have this one "modern" au that i'm just a huge fan of lol. miyue's a model for pantalone, who happens to be a fashion designer (i never grew out of my fashion phase)
pantalone is a terrible dad in the main au. in the model au i mentioned before he's still not great but as the story progresses he's working on bettering himself :')
miyue's mom is dead </3 it's kind of. heavy topic-wise so idk if i can discuss it too much here lol,, but if i had to summarize it i would say it was. essentially miyue's fault. he's not the greatest person D:
