"Huh, looks like the beach is abandoned today." Nethimir looked around at the practically empty beach, deadpanning.

"Well, it does look like maybe it's going to rain. Humans don't like that." She shrugs. "Either that or 'cause of the sand monster."

"Sand monster? What the [REDACTED] is a sand monster?" Nethimir looked back at the Remora, confused.

"A monster made out of sand." She shrugs, not seeming nearly as concerned about it.

"Very helpful explanation, thanks." Nethimir deadpanned again, looking down at the sand.

"It doesn't like wet sand, so we're safe from it." She shrugs. "Most of it anyways."

"Not going to question how you even know that, but thanks." Nethimir looked up at the sky, watching the clouds.

"It tried to eat me."

She says that as if that's not worrying in the slightest.

"Fun." Nethimir then saw a small crimson beetle-looking thing sticking out of the sand. Curious, she approached it, bending down and poking at it.

"No, not fun actually. It's not fun to be bit by it." She huffs, clearly not picking up on the sarcasm. "Feels like a burn."
