He hopped onto the ground in front of Khan, pissed off.

Suddenly, one off the people lunges at Khan, grabbing him tightly by the wrist. Khan yelps, frightened, and crashes to the ground. Another grabs Drake by the neck.

He squawked and lashed out with his talons, freeing himself before attacking the guy holding Khan and trying to free him.

Another person grabs him by the tail, yanking him backwards and pulling out several feathers. Khans attacker stumbles back, but another simply takes their place and starts choking Khan.

He let out a horrified squeak, before thrashing and trying to free himself to help his freind.

The person slams his head against the ground, dazing him. They then start repeatedly slamming him against the ground, harder and harder, until everything goes black.

Then he wakes up.

He woke in a cold sweat as it hit him.

He was Khans hawk.

He found out what happened to Khan.

He felt horrible.

He closed his eyes again, hoping to see Khan.

Hes standing quietly to one side, the hawk on the same shoulder as before.

He walked over, tear stricken and whispered, *I know what happened. To you and your hawk. And... Im so sorry.*

The moment he takes a step towards the two, Khan takes several nervous steps back and the hawk screeches at him, fluffing itself out.
