Hearing the noise of the splintering glass, Cobalt snarled. There was supposed to be nothing his claws and teeth could not break, yet the bars were unyielding. Furious that he was not the one escaping, he stood on his hind legs and slammed his claws down the bars, the collision of his crystals and the steel making a grating noise like nails on a chalkboard.

Fala
Being sensitive to loud noises, she howled in pain.

Lukas
He even heard it to, covering his ears. "That sounds like I'm scratching on a chalkboard. It hurts so much!"

Cobalt continued, engrossed in trying to shred the bar, not noticing scientists entering the cage in the back.

Fala
She covered her ears, trying to block the sound out.

Lukas
He roared in irritation, running out of his room and into the room Cobalt was in. "What are you doing?" he shouted, feeling like his ears were bleeding.

Cobalt stopped the grinding, lifting his paws and placing them back on the floor. 'Don't you see what's going on here?' he snarled. 'These idiot humans don't know what they're doing, boxing me up like some pathetic creature!' He still did not see the scientists, who were slowly coming closer with tranquillising needles.

Lukas
"Well, you are causing people to make their ears bleed and you have to stop or else I will make the scientist tranquilize you." He went out for one of them, quickly as he can.

Cobalt snarled again. 'Those weak needles would shatter if they tried to inject me. We Tera-Phantamas are formed of the hardest, sharpest crystal.'

Lukas
"Well, I dare you to escape and go outside. You will be dead anyway." He walked away, preparing for the noise to continue."I was told that there's chips inside of us that kills you when you escape and go outside. He will have that thing go off eventually."

Cobalt chortled. 'Death from escape would be better than domestication! I don't know why they took me, but they'll regret it!' He rammed the full side of his mane into a bars, making a singular squeal. The scientist took this chance to leap forward, injecting him with the strengthened needle. Cobalt turned around, confused. Seeing the scientist, he lashed out, barely nicking them in the leg. He slipped down to his side, asleep.

He went back in the room, noticing that Cobalt was asleep. "Worked." he said mentally.

She opened her ears, not hear the ear splitting sounds anymore.
