Theyre definitely an odd fruit. Except for the membrane, its basically just a juice-holder. But, theres a tiny fruit in the very middle, segmented in little circle shapes like a pomegranate.

Its sweeter and far less tart. Each little segment has one or two large seeds inside that taste like walnuts.
