It didn't bother Akira. She began eating turkey again.

He stayed by her side, but he was suspicious as to why it was replenished like that.

(i went to sleep. Then my mom woke me up T-T)

Akira just ate the turkey. Because she wasn't thinking about complex things like that.

(I did as well, then kept jolting awake all morning. Then when I began nodding off again around ten ... Mom started banging on my door like all he|| was breaking out.)

That was alright. Sometimes you just needed to enjoy things and not worry about why things are. And so puppy Shade just sat besides her.

Soon Akira finished the turkey. Literally. She ate it down to the bone.

(Hey, in your position I wouldn't blame ya'.)

"Nothing, just .... even Justice can't eat that much. And he has large appetites at times, despite that he doesn't often eat. to satisfy them."

" oh. " her ears flattened to her head. " I'm sorry. "

(Like she thinks that we're supposed to just follow whatever she says because shes our mom and I get that but sometimes she doesn't even act like a proper parent! She doesn't let us have a say on anything and she thinks shes always right. )
