(Btw, i probably made the scene sound like a forest, but it's actually a bunch of hills with a few trees. Not clumped together like a forest though. Much more spread out. You could walk about 20 feet before touching another tree.)

The total meat you scavange is 10 meals, which you can only just fit in your bag. A large amount of the deer was meat, but a surprisingly large amount is also bone, muscle and other parts.
"Alright then. Let's find a better place to camp that the fields. It felt rather exposed out there. We should find a place by some rocks or something. Even a dip would be good enough. Tommorow we can see if my neck is good enough for flight, but for now we should cook the meat for you to eat later, and have you practice some more shooting or something. You lead the way this time. It could help you observation."

You slide off the end, and notice how it's shaped like a ramp as it stops abruptly. The thick ice path does not continue, but frost covers the ground in a trail East.

You turn North and he follows.

The hills slope down a little. However not enough to provide shelter from the wind or unfriendly eyes.

You keep going North. The land here is on top of a hill, and there is a good sized rock to the right of you. No trees around here.

Flower is fine, and is inspecting the frost as you go along. Skhemet is awake and playing with the stick, while Rah is watching it with slowly blinking eyes. Rah doesn't seem to notice it is in you bag. Perhaps it's not fully conscious.

"I think i found a pig of some kind. It went North." he says, heading North.
