The yorki looked at Kaladin, "More like stole and I have never heard of Kane and if knew Luner personally I would know about him. Why are you here?"

Locke swished his tail. "Lad, iffin' 'e was ah thief, why would 'e return the horses?" He asked, one brow raised. "Rather pointless, don't ye think?"

"Says the one riding the king's main riding horse." The yorki huffed.
"Kane would never steal and we need to see the king." Douglas spoke.
"He's dealing with something right now." The yorki grabbed the reins of the horses, "Dismount please." Doulgas dismounted.

Locke shrugged and hopped down. "Well, no harm came to 'em, aye?" He pointed out.

"I suppose not." The yorki sighed, "Still I won't tell but if you four get in over your heads I can't help you."

Locke winked. "Eh. We're used to it at this point." He said with a smirk. "We won't drag ye in unless we need ta borrow ah horse, deal?"

"Just don't take Champion again please he's Luner prize horse." The yorki explained, "and when I found out he was missing it almost cost me my job."
"We going or not," Selkie was getting impaciet.
"Yes we're going." Douglas spoke.
"I should warn you then the counsal has not been agreeing much lately and worst of all the most influental of them has been more or less lecturing Lord Luner." The stablehand warned them.
"Thank you."

Locke nodded. "Aye, we'll keep tha' in mind, thank ye." He said. "Kaladin, Laddie, come along. Kai, behave fer the love o' the storms."

No kidding. Kai trotted along side them.
Selkie kept up the pace.
Douglas led the way and was stopped by palace guards,"Why are you here?"

Locke cleared his throat. "Well, we're lookin' fer the lord o' this fine fortress 'ere." He said respectfully. "Hopin' to get 'is kind an ally." He added, gesturing to Kaladin.
