Cobalt lay on his side, feeling defeated by hunger and the impossibility of escape. He whimpered, only wanting some form of attention, maybe even food. He knew starvation couldn't kill him, but it sure felt like it was trying.

Fala
Never wanting to say anything at all, she was full of fear.

Lukas
"A silent one, the best one." he said, curling his tail around Fala's neck.

Cobalt barked weakly, trying to get the scientist's attention. Scrabbling his sharp claws at the bars, he still did not leave even a scratch. He flopped back down, breathing shallowly.

Lukas
He felt a sense of trouble, in the room Cobalt was in. *Wait here, cutie.* He walked out of the room, sensing the one who needed help. *Hello there, need anything?* he asked nicely.

Fala
Stunned and confused, she was speechless, wondering why he was acting weird around her.

Cobalt looked up to Lukas and snarled at him. He was visibly in pain, and was clearly in no mood for small talk. His growl deescalated into a small whimper of hunger. He let his head flop back down, feeling sick.

Lukas
He didn't care, all he knew was that Cobalt didn't eat, so he walked out of the room and got a few scraps of meat. He gave them to Cobalt and walked away without saying anything.

Fala
She stood outside the door, Lukas running up and curling her tail around her neck again.

Cobalt clamped his jaws around the meat, eating it slowly. Standing up, he started to feel healthier. Seeing the scientists wandering about the room, he pawed at the bars, curious to see what he had to do to escape.

He rushes at the bars again, ramming his side into them. The scientists had gathered in his cage, trying to calm him and put an injection in. He just ran at them, then at the bars. Each time he did this a loud bang echoed through the halls, alerting the other animals of his attempts to get out. He kicks back as a scientist attempts to calm him with a low, soothing voice. He lets out a threatening bray and kicks at them, they all scamper to the back of the cage. His eyes are bloodshot from getting no sleep for about 2 months, and his ribs are showing. The scientists knew he was smart, smarter than most of the other animals they had. He was trying to get them to let him out, they knew how the animals thought. Seeing their attempts each day at getting out, but always failing. He runs at them again, his horn gleaming bright but nothing happening to him. He was a peaceful animal, he wouldn't hurt anything unless needing to protect others or himself.

Hearing the unicorn attempting to escape as well, Cobalt spread his wings and mane, the crystals embedded in them glowing a violently dark hue. Running towards the wall of the cage, he ran through a portal to the unicorn's pen, between him and the scientists.

He swims around his cage calling for his mum it makes everything shake around my cage even a few other animals can hear him in their cages. Since he is young not even the animals understand him his talk it's like baby talk because it is. But he does have a mind and a very smart one to that and he is trying to figure a way Out. but he can only be out of water for 3 hours if hes out for anymore he dies he bangs the class cage trying to get out. he keeps making this sound over and over it getting more desperate the more he calls
