Something struck Isiea's shoulder with a jarring force

She stumbles forward a little from the force of it, then whips around to face what had hit her.

She was incredibly thankfully for that.

The chief's spear had got her shoulder pretty good

As Lise drew close to the wall of mist, something grabbed her waist, and she was pulled upward. It was hard to see who because of the mist. Then her feet touched solid ground, and the next thing she knew, she was lying in the grass, the sun shining warmly on her face.

She ignores that for now and ducks under the water. She taught herself how to swim, and though she hasn't done it for a log time she still knows how.

Just as the current had done to Lise, it did the same to Isiea, dragging her downstream.

She fights against the current, wanting to find Ares.

She quickly sat up and looked around for who had pulled her out.

She didn't have to look too far, because soon, she's being lifted out of the water

A girl's face was the first thing visible, blonde hair and wide green eyes both anxious and curious. Her skin was the color of summer grass, and tiny scales gleamed silver around her neck. She grinned, and her teeth flashed as sharp and pointed as an eel's.

She turns to see who's lifting her, hoping it's the kelpie.
