"Does it look like I ****** have?" He grunted.

Ema glanced over at Althelia and smiled a little. She liked her-it was rae that she met another slave that wasn't stone-faced and quiet.

Ahelissa blinked but grin only got wider. It was hard for her to do anything but be happy here, and Nicote wasn't going to ruin it. "Well, I'm sure that you can have a good time somehow." She half-closed one eye. "Can you dance? You look like you could dance a mean Schottische. Here, I'll demonstrate."
Ahelissa knew the steps, and could actually dance the Schottische extremely well, even though she didn't have a partner to do it with. Though, in her defense, she was absolutely certain that chair wasn't there before. And she was pretty sure that the floor had a tiny bump that was not perceptible to the human eyes. Or her boots were faultily made. Aw, who was she kidding! That sudden gust of wind totally did it! (even though the ball was *ahem* indoors...)
Whichever was the case, Ahelissa found herself flat on her back and staring up at Ema and Nicote. Her face turned red and she giggled, then those eventually erupted into a full-blown belly laugh.
The good news was, the all the noise from the incident was masked by all the conversations and music, so only a few people close by glanced over quickly.

Nicote chuckled grimly. "My apologies, I don't dance-."

Ema was viguorsly nodding her head. "M-master is a t-terrific d-d-dancer..."

Nicote glanced at her. "..No."

Ahelissa pushed herself off the ground and chuckled to herself. "Oh, come on now, mister Nicote," she said, her hands clasped behind her back. "I'm sure you can dance! This is a ball, after all; show us what you can do!"
She tugged lightly on his sleeve toward the direction of the dance floor. "Please?" She put on her saddest puppy-dog eyes (which honestly, probably made her look like she was constipated) and repeated her plea. "Pleeeaaaassseee??????? You're probably a great dancer and pleeeeaaase? Me and Ema want to see you do some really crazy move."

Nicote looked like he couldn't decide whether to slap her or punch her. "No." He glared.

Ema gave him a look.

Ahelissa sighed and backed away. "Okaaaay..." She then turned to Ema and said, "What do you want to do?" Even though she had a gleam in her eyes that said, I totally want to drag him out onto the dance floor.

Ema smiled. Dance some more?" She asked both as a question and an answer

Nicote just just made a vague gesture that she seemed to take as a yes.

(Hey all, its been a while, huh? XD
I'm so sorry about that, I really am. School and personal stuff have been keeping me very busy! This is personally one of my favorite rps I've done, and I miss it! So, I was wondering if anyone was interested in continuing it? Or, we could reboot it and maybe I could come up with more of a timeline to follow so we don't get stuck like we did. Either way, it would be super fun to start again I think! Just let me know and there are NO hard feelings whatsoever if you would rather drop it! ^^)
