He breaks through the tree line, seeing the griffins fighting with the female. He shifts and screeches, they all freeze and look at him. The female immediately brightens and trots up to him, he swats her down, clawing her cheek. He chirps, communicating with his flock. He steps away from the female and all of them pounce on her, soon stepping away from a limp griffin. They finished her off at his command

She let's her annoying sense of curiosity get the better of her, and she heads in the direction he did.

He chirps at them, letting them do what they want with her. He shifts back, walking back to Moon.

She ends up tripping on a tree root, and falling straight on her face.

He hoists her up when he sees her, "You alright?" He asks once he's finished whipping all the grass and dirt off her.

She nods, but her bottom lip was bleeding a little.

His eyes darken as he sees this, suddenly having the urge to lean forward.

She touches her lip with her hand, and small bits of blood are on her finger.

He leans in, hesitantly licking the blood off.

She let's him.
