Lishian's eyes glimmer with the traces of black liquid- Hanako decidedly doesn't look at the sight, it's quite...unnerving. The boy leans forward, a small smirk tugging at the edges of his lips. "Ever heard of the Interspace or the Narraters? We need a way there. Or, altervatively, how good are you at tracking down people with portalling powers?"

Hanako stays silent- Lishian is one of the disignated speakers in most situations and knowing him he's got something planed. Unless those were Narrater-influenced thoughts, then they're screwed.

"of course I've heard of them, and I could easily give you what you want" he says, steepling his fingers in front of him. Something tells me it won't be that simple .

"But, that wouldn't benefit me" he says. Ah, there it is. Eli and I share a glance, grimacing.

"Of course it wouldn't. Whats your price?" Lishian asks, smiling.

Hanako reallyw ishes hed stop smiling. Its quite creepy. And she specializes in creepypastas, so she should be used to this stuff.

"i need, ah, lets call it a "favor" from you" he says, pointing to the four of us. "you see, you're obviously new here. and here is getting a little crowded. if you check the top of your map you'll see a grey area in the northern most edge of the map. that is an unexplored area. i want you to explore it, get past the guards and tell me whats out there so i can expand my little operation i've got going on down here"


i share a glance with Eli, i mean it can't be that hard, can it?

Hanako looks ready to say no, but Lishian just grins. "Sure!" He says way too cheerfully. "I havent had a good adventure in literal years.....though i do have to ask if you happent o know where a good inn is, we didnt turn up here with much. The Interspace is kind of bad with cross-world item transit."

"Youre telling me." Hanako muttered.

"all currecies are accepted here, but i'll allow you four to stay the night in one of the private suites" Genji says, nodding to the guard for him to guide us "i'll be meeting with you tommorow morning to discuss transport" he adds, as the bouncer guides us to the elevator on the other side of the office.

"Great, thanks! Oh, thisll be great- oh, i should see if theres a good weaposn dealer in town, hmm, i wonder how long itll take to enchant it enough...?: lishian dissplves into mutterings.

"Aaaaannnd hes off to the mindset of a 1700s person. Screw his world and their evil dictators." Hanako groans.

"is he going to be ok or should one of us hit him over the head with a heavey object?" Eli asks, stepping into the elevator. the bouncer does his best to pay us no mind, staring furiously at the buttons as the elevator descends deeper and deeper.

"Hes liwk, part zombie now or somwthinf, and hes paet dwarf. Youd need like a car to knock him out." Hanakp snorts. "At least hes baving fun, though i dont know why anypne would like how they do enchanting in hia world."

"well if he's having fun that's all that matters!" i say, clapping a hand over Elis mouth before she can offer to hit him with a car. "oh what do you knwo looks like we're here!" i exclaim, as the elevator comes to a stop.

the doors slide open to reveal a sort of apartment, with a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. the kitchen and livingroom are connected, with no wall between them, but the two rooms aren't, and the only way to see into them is to peer through the door ways.

"which room would you two like, left or right?" i ask, trying to change the topic of conversation before Eli can start getting in trouble.
