Now after I sort you into your Districts, you must PM your partner and discuss your outfit. Once you post your outfits, you will be graded by me and another judge. We'll then send you off for a entrance. That means you and your partner need to PM each other again and come up with an entry post. Here's an example:

Yes. Discuss your outfits and create them in the wardrobe. Then post them here along with your opening. Your outfit will earn you 1 - 12 points. Your Entrance 1 - 20.

District 4
District four Tributes rode out in their chariot. The horses sparkled in rainbow colors as they moved, with blue and white ribbons streaming in their manes and tail to simulate ocean waves. The chariot itself matched the horses colors, being of shades of blue and white with embossed shells and sea creatures to look like a ocean.
Person One was a fierce beauty to behold, with white hair the color of sea foam held back by a black crown with a single blue stone, the mark of sea warriors. Her body was encased in the ceremonial robes worn by all Sea Warriors.
Person Two was handsome and fierce, with golden hair the color of the sun striking the sea. Upon his head, a crown sits proclaiming his status as a Sea Warrior. He was garbed in the battle armor of the Sea Warriors. His armor was decorated with the skulls of mythical sea monsters.
On their backs were wings the shades of blue and white, to honor the relationship between water and air, Waves. Surrounding the pair, a Mist of Water in shades of dark blue and purple to represent the depths of the ocean. Held proudly in their hands, the Trident of the Sea Warriors.

I wouldn't prefered if you showed it along side your partner. ^^; You're suppose to discuss it with your partner. Not on your own.
You also need your entrance. And that you DO need to discuss with your partner.
