Now he had three gorups of people o avoid: the pronciple, his older (limda) brother, and the student council who would not be happy thwir idea guy somehow got detention. He starting shceming ways to help from the side quietly, something his brother and his friends were better at then Lish was.

Riley hears the bell and packs his things up. He swings his bookbag over his shoulder and started to head to detention. It's not like he could do anything else without getting in more trouble. He glances around, trying to see if he could recognize any of the people that had been sent to detention with him. He catches himself and shakes his head. What did he care about them? He didn't. At least, that's what he told himself.

lish trudged to detention, after findign out the room number from a clasaate. Hed nevwr actually been here before so comign here was new.
He was more annoyed that he had to sit roidn for three hours and waste them doign nothing besides thinking and ataring when he needed to study for his classes. It was bad enough the STEM club president has promised to give him a good sbouting-at later and the rest of the council was pretty mad at him for not doijg what he did best-talkign his way out of it like he usually was able to.
Maybe hed try again later.

(Sorry! I was moving to a new house I had no wifi)
After the office situation I sat in the grass under a tree reading my head down and my eyes on the book, quiet and not looking at anyone else. About to get up and head to detention myself as I sighed looking up finally.
