Vita woke up in what seemed like a mouldy old cell. She leaped up to fly away but some chains kept her to the ground. After a couple of attempts Vita lay back down on the mouldy floor and went back to sleep.

Vita woke up again. This time Sunshower was there lying beside her. Vita decided to let her friend sleep knowing that the peace would be broken as soon as she woke up in this horrible place.

Stormwraith gave Scorpio a faint smile she probably didnt see, as more awoke. She went around and checked the other dragonets to make sure they were in a somewhat good condition. A RainWing (SeaWing?) was looking worriedly at yellow-gold dragon, who was probably also a hybrid. Looking around, Stormwraith realised they were all hybrids. I wonder if they know each other.
*Are you okay?* She whispered to the RainWing, who had a worried look on her small snout.

scorpio noticed the struggling rainwing. "stop, it will only make your chains feel tighter. leave them alone, and they will loosen. the chains are not to stop us, they are to make us feel stopped." she wrote, flinging it into its face. (i recommend looking at the other posts for info, because you missed alot.)

Snippet opens one eye and watches Scorpio. She seemed to be worrying over something, which then worried Snippet, so she decided to ask what was up. "Are you okay Scorpio? You seem worried. Are you worried? What are you worried about? Should I be worried?" She asks, her head raising.

she shook her head, still pondering over things. she just wanted to protect her father and snippet, but she never knew how. she fiddled with the coloured beads on a little bag she had slung across her shoulder. inside was everything she owned: a set of silver jewelry that had been studded with rubies and obsidian, a few scrolls, a coat and some fabric, a sewing kit and a bottle of water. she pulled out the cloak and threw it over snippet, completely engulfing the little dragon where as she would have at least been able to see and move freely. bravewing looked over at her, now trying to take off the cloak. he gave a small laugh, wondering if she needed help.

Snippet squirmed under the cloak and laughed. "Hey! I can't see!" She sneezed and, after a good deal of moving, poked her head out of the top and pretend glared at Scorpio, then ducked back under the cloak "No one will ever know I'm here" She whispered. She let her snout hang out just enough that you could see her sneaky grin, and attempted to tickle Scorpio from under the cloak.

scorpio, quicker than she could blink, flew on top of snippet, barring her teeth. after living alone for a year, being tickled feels scary, not fun. she lept off and hid on a high ledge, ashamed.

Snippet shrieked, terrified, and throwing off the cloak ran to the other side of the cave. She hid behind the form of another sleeping dragon and tried to calm down. That was too much like my father, random outbursts. Did I make friends with the wrong dragon? I can't take another dragon like him. She thinks, still hiding. Did I do something wrong though? Could it have been my fault?[Maybe she just doesn't like me anymore. Most dragons tire of me fast.

bravewing walked over to snippet. "its ok, little one. she just doesnt like being tickled. she was abandoned for a year before i could find her, so tickling might feel like a predator. she didnt mean it, it was just an instinct." he smiled sadly, putting his wing around the tiny dragonet. "please, do not hate her for that. she just has a hard time making friends because of that... i thought it was a miracle when she tried to protect you!" he tickled snippet, then continued to say "she always thinks of herself as a lowly bug, just waiting to be squished. she must think highly of you for her to protect you; she just wants to help you." he smiled sadly, then he looked over at his whimpering daughter. "why dont you go say sorry? she knows it was an accident, and is too scared to come up too you. she looks brave, but is probably more scared than you. her thoughts have stayed the same since she met you; 'must protect snippet. snippet is my friend'. that is all she had thought, up untill now, she is now ust thinking 'i scared snippet. bad me. very bad me. im a bad friend' over and over and over. so why dont you go say sorry for scaring her? she will definitely say sorry too, i just know it."

"I didn't know..." Snippet slowly approaches Scorpio. "I really didn't mean too! I'm really sorry!" She says, distraught.
