Tyka remembered what was happening and nodded. Standing up and grabbing Liana's hand as they ran away from the town. She lifted her tail to stop the fluffy tip from dragging against the ground, her heart beating very fast in fear of getting caught. She didn't stop till they entered the forest, though she had never seen one before so they reminded her more of broccoli.

Liana stuck close and slowed once they where in the woods, but she gently pulled Tyka behind a tree and into a fluff of ferns for good measure. She let out a breath and leaned against the tree trunk, calming her breathing. "Phew ... Now we have time."

"Won't they leave us," Tyka asked her voice a low whisper again as she batted the fern with a paw, her eyes wide with wonder.
She had never seen a fern before, never a huge broccoli forest. Her tail was flicking playfully as she batted at the fern again, wondering if it was edible. She didn't know much about any plants but it looks edible to her. She trapped it under her paw and started nawing on it.

Liana giggled and booped her as to stop her. "Maybe. But we must find somewhere safe, my box(her home in an alley way) will no longer be a safe. And so we must keep going. But first rest. Yes?" She tilted her head in that kitty way, ears flicking pleasently.

"Long thing good?" She pointed at the fern, wondering if it was a good place it rest.
She let go of it and it bounced back up, hitting her in the face. She squeaked in surprise and backed away from it, accidentally tripping over her tail. She realized it wasn't the best place to hide and pointed at a tree, "Broccoli?"

Liana giggled. "Tree. Tree." She explained, pointing at the tall plant. She stood then and offered a paw out to help Tyka up. "Yes. Safe. Not yummy, though."

"Tree?" She had never heard the word.
She took Liana's paw and got to her feet. Once she was up she raced towards the tree. She unsheathed her claws and dug them into the bark. She had never climbed a tree before so she tried to pull herself up. She started climbing, slowly and awkwardly.

Liana giggled and jogged up behind her, gingerly pushing up on her rump to help her up. Liana had taken walks out of town and things like that, she didn't just live in alleys.

"Eeep," She muttered in surprise as she was pushed onto a branch and she sat there as she waited for Liana.

She took a step back and then launched herself forward and up, grabbing onto a branch and then swinging up onto it. She then just sat there and giggled, like that flip was totally something anyone could do.
