Nathaniel frowned quite confused to as why Lionel would be by the jazz player if he was a bodyguard. I mean if the jazz player offended the bar it would be a whole lot of work to come into a crowded market place instead of dealing with them here. Natalie had also caught on to the inconsistency but could not run why they would lie through her mind so she decided to say nothing. Eva followed Scarlet curiously wondering why Lionel would be by the jazz player.

As expected, Lionel was speaking to the jazz player in hushed tones, not noticing Scarlet and the group yet.. that is, until Scarlet said, " Lion! Are you really trying to hire him for a show again?! I swear, why do you like jazz so much? " She was covering up the real reason... Illegal ammo trades.. Lionel didn't even startle, and just nodded with a bright smile, " What can I say? I love it. "

Nathaniel frowned wondering why Lionel was speaking to the jazz player in such quiet tones if he wanted them for a show, but he knew better to say anything when he didnt quite know what their gig was. Eva grinned excited. *Jazz, I love all types of music, but im more familiar with the classical tunes then the jazz. So whats your favorite artist or song?*

Lionel smiled to Eva, glad no suspicions had been brought up, " I liked Dexter gordon's music best I think, just the right type of song to dance to. " He said with a half grin, looking to the rest of the group, he was a bit wary of Nathaniel but didn't show it much. " I like all forms of music too, but jazz has just the right wild kind of feeling. "

Eva nodded. "Jazz is pretty cool, but I prefer classical." She frowned. "That's probably because I learned the violin and orchestral instruments are mostly taught with classical sounds." She stayed silent and Natalie spoke up. "How was your work today?"

" My work has been quite calm really, that is why I stepped out and went to talk to Jackson here, he is a real hoot. I wanted him to play tonight for the big show.. " Lionel said with a half grin, and Scarlet became nervous at the mention of said.. big show.. It wasn't a show at all, it was a big deal.. with some very dangerous men. They were trying to gather information about the new and many murders going on, and yet still they had to go and do this. Scarlet sighed deeply, subconsciously rubbing her arm.

" Well, the big show is something we do ever couple of months.. It's like a big celebration. A lot of music, great food, performers, the whole nine yards. " Lionel said with a smile, the real reason behind it is on a night of a deal.. people could get shot, and no one should hear of it other then those in the business. Scarlet then spoke up, " Yeah, and the last time we did it, you stained the carpets with wine. " She mumbled. Lionel rolled his eyes, " Well it wasn't that bad, I even replaced the carpets myself. "

Eva nodded excited. "When and where is this big show." Nathaniel groaned momentarily distracted because seriously, who wanted to go to loud crazy gatherings. Natalie made a face and said. "please tell, so we can avoid it at all cost. I mean as dad says, nothing good happens with more noise and people than you can keep track of."

" The big show shall be tonight at the Golden lions Speakeasy, it starts at exactly six pm sharp. It will go on till the last of us hit the floor from dancing the night away. " Lionel said with a playful wink. Scarlet rolled her eyes, crossing her arms. " Well, I think we should continue the tour.. "
