Zale was already in human form. Azure scooped him up before launching herself out of the water. She flew to the meeting point. Zale was soaked, She set him down and some him up before finding the others.

Each of the water dragons had their own spots, Azure, then Zale, then Ara, then Rei/King.
The leader of each tribe stepped forward to the landing dragons.
Fire leader:
" Our intel in the human villages have been reporting back...strange things. "
Shadow leader:
He casts a glance at the water dragons.
Earth leader:
" Water Dragons. Water Dragons have been reported flying over human villages, circling them. "

She nodded. "I have my recorses, and we Water dragons aren't dumb enough to even go a mile in proximity to a human." , When she said human her voice came off fowl. A small Water dragon who seemed to glow nodded.
