"Stop screaming!"
Joseph yowled, and turned to Trindle. He froze, as they looked an awful lot like a bird... Brushing past his instincts, he stood up on two legs again.
"Welcome! You are now a person, congrats."
He said darkly, and turned to the alley entrance.
"If you'd like to explore, follow me!"
He then walked out of the alley like a normal person, and onto the busy street. It was VERY overwhelming compared to a quiet forest, and he ran back in and tripped over a small trash bag. If he was a cat, his fur would be on end all the way to the tip of his tail.
"N-nevermind!"

She finally decided to move, the rats going away. Rin took the lead this time, walking in her weird ways. Dread did seep into her, but she moved farther and farther away, getting slightly more braver.

Dainy went silent. She stared intently at Morgan for a few moments, ready to bite her if necessary. She had said safe, but had she meant it? Dainy slowly started to back up the wall, ready to attack if necessary, and climbed to a height she thought the others probably couldn't reach. She watched them all carefully, still perturbed by her neck. "How do they keep their heads from falling off..." she frowned and moved her head about.
Trindle
Trindle recognized the look in Joseph's eyes and his own eyes widened a bit as his legs bent a little more. As Joseph seemed to shrug off the urge, Trindle returned to his previous stance. Human, eh... Trindle remembered humans quite well as they had a tendency to carry shiny objects. He straightened his stance into the way he remembered humans walking and standing, correcting his balance as he did so. He looked around at the group. "How did this happen? I don't think I'm the only one in this situation; did anyone here start out as a human?"

Said Joseph, standing up again. He SERIOUSLY wanted to eat Trindle, but they were both now the same species. He walked towards the alley entrance again.
"I will now go explore the world of the upwalkers."
He murmured. and walked onto the busy street again. Once he was used to it, he looked around. It was... Way more than he could have ever imagined.

She was looking at the ground until a 7 year old kid walks up right in front of her. She didn't say anything until their parent came, being stared at. "Woah, how do you do that?" the parent asked. Rin made a confused noise, trying her best not to revert to her fox language. "What I mean is how do you walk on all fours?" Almost all of us can't do that." Rin gave an almost quiet explanation, silent at times. "I just saw animals doing it and I learned." she lied. The two were impressed, but Rin was still wary. "What's your name?" the kid asked. "Rinkudama Shinkudesku, but Rin for short."
