A small white cat like creature walks out of the bush.
"Hello Human, I haven't seen one of your kinds in a while." she said, putting her hands on her hips. She had small bag hanging around her waist that appeared the be made out of some kind of skin.

'Wow, you can talk! What sort of creature are you?'

"Well the few I saw of your kind called me a Melna. That was 50 or so years ago though. I know the humans are still around but you seem... different? What brought here?" she speaks very rapid and has a high pitched voice. "Oh and my name's Reba and you are...?"

The creature went close too you and sniffed you. Apparently deciding you aren't a threat. The creature gives a happy yip and seems too have decided you are a friend.

He smiled and stroked it behind its ear/ horns gently. "I don't have any food, sorry Bud."

The creature, a female you realize, doesn't seem too care and is just happy too have a friend. You decide she needs a name.

'Well, I came back from the Sanctuary along with 14 other people like me, to try and survive on this planet... How can you even live on this... this barren plain? There seems to be no water around.'

"Well out here in the plains you can drink from the cactus and not that far from here is the Loan River. Lots of Dragoff live over there and they are very friendly tho if you look around you can find a companion for yourself here too. I must get back too my family soon so if you have any questions hurry up and ask them." she flicks her tail and picks a small flower from a grass stem and puts in into her little pouch.

"Mystic. Would Mystic do, girl?" she scratched it under the chin, smiling. He looked back into the river, watching the water. it was calming.

She gives a happy yip and jumps around you.
