I'm from "Imitation Russia" Alaska. *Most don't consider ALASKA as a State, and most confuse it's initial (AK) for Arkansas... Which sucks, when your furnace is broke, and your parts are shipped to a non-existent address thousands of miles away! T_T*

It's not much better for those of us in Arkansas (AR) since people think that means Arizona (AZ).

This happened to us, luckily we caught it before an important package was sent to Someplace, Arizona instead of our home in Arkansas.

Honestly we could hardly believed someone could confuse the two :/

I highly doubt I'll find anyone else from where I live!

I've lived in Arizona my entire life. It's hot. It's boring. We literally have nothing interesting except cacti and creosote. And I absolutely love it here.

I'm originally from Germany, but haven't lived there for the last 5-ish years.
Currently I'm going back and forth between England and Latvia, because I'm studying in England, but my parents (and brother) still live in Latvia, so most of my holidays I spend there.

It snows here in the panhandle. One day last week, it got up to 80F (27C) and then snowed that night. It didn't stick, but it was freezing the next morning! ;-;

So, I live in the panhandle of Texas, an hour north of Amarillo (pop 50k), in a small town called Stinnett (pop 1000). I commute to Borger (pop 15k) for work. We deal with cows, cowboys, horses, and black gold (aka oil). Our gas prices are always the most expensive than the rest of the US and most of our businesses are closed by 8pm and on Sundays. Including Wal-mart. :/

Sylestia sure have a lot of national diversity.

I was born in Taiwan, a small island besides China.
I came to the US when I was 14 (which is about 5 years ago), and have been living here in California ever since :3

I'm an American, but I've traveled a bit. In my 16 years, I've lived in Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Korea, Japan (Okinawa), New Jersey again, and Pennsylvania now. ^^ Heritage-wise, my dad's dad was from Lithuania and my dad's mom was from Germany, so I'm 25% each. From my mom's side, I'm about 25% Irish, 20% French-Canadian, 4% Native American, and 1% who knows what. Basically, I'm a very pale, freckle-y, curly/frizzy-haired person who sunburns like crazy. >.< That's only partially due to genetics, though.

As for my current location, I'm in the Pocono Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania. My high school is in the middle of nowhere (Seriously. Just woods. No people. We're North, and our sister school, HS South, is in the middle of a town about an hour away.), and to get to my school, it's a half hour bus ride down my mountain and up the one the school's on. XD
