Kai nods flicking his tails, "A while back I saw some caves, maybe they would work better than this one..."

Maze shook her head. "In a cave, if we make a fire, the whole place will be filled with smoke. And, there's not going to be enough resources. Hm... What do you think Taich?" Maze gently prodded Taich with her pencil "Huh? What do you think Taich?"

"No." Jahara returns to her mist form and floats out of the ravine. The black rock is left at the bottom of the crevasse.

(Taich has run away)
HE whimpered in the ravine, he wasn't injured much, but he was afraid. Blue-green flames lapped at his back.

Maze saw that Taich had run away when she heard a whimper coming from the ravine. She ran over, and saw a Taich with flames coming off his back, "Taich," Maze said softly "Why did you run away? Was it because that girl and I were fighting? Anyways, you have to come with us! There's safety in numbers you know."

Kai almost laughed at that comment, flicking his tails he bounds over to the group.

Jahara growls in frustration when she notices the black rock was missing. After running over three miles, she had to go back and get one of the most important items in the universe. At least it was important to Jahara- mostly everyone else would just discard it as a rock.

Laughter was contagious, so Maze started laughing too. "Seriously Taich, we gotta go. C'mon!"

The blue flames flickering on his back, he leaped up to join them, confused by their laughter.

Maze quickly set off with the two kitsune. They had been walking through tall grass, and pushing giant leaves aside, when they found the perfect place. It was covered by leaves, but a few holed here and there to let out the smoke "Taich, can you start a fire?" Maze questioned Taich. She made herself useful and summoned some water, put it into a ditch, and drank some. She and the kitsune had a water source now.
