a letterman/varsity jacket, a raglan-style shirt, shorts would be wonderful! i saw a shorter skirt was added, but shorts would be great.
An outfit that had some sort of suspenders, such as the girl version could be a skirt with straps and some sort of nice top, and the boy one could be shorts and suspenders, maybe in some sort of school uniform fashion?
maybe next winter there can be a few 'ugly' sweaters floating around, you know the big, thick ones with cheesy wintery/holiday designs! in fact, a whole bunch of winter stuff like earmuffs and scarves and knit hats would be really nice too!
giant bows for the head, some socks/stockings/tights would be interesting, too; maybe if there was an accessories tab that let you choose one or up to two accessories, so there weren't too many tab categories? so belts and necklaces might possibly be a thing, as well.
some sort of bathing suits for summer? maybe as an outfit, like with a towel over the shoulder for guys and a sarong for the ladies, then maybe that'd be an ideal way to introduce sunglasses as a hat item!
ok that is way too much but i won't suggest anything else for a while. i think i filled my suggestion quota for a year.

I would LOVE it if for Halloween there was something similar to Sora's Halloween town outfit from kingdom hearts.

I do think for Halloween we need some classic "scary" outfits. I'd really love a witch outfit (which could actually be really cute) and a vampire outfit. The could be a cape with sort of a webbed design for either of them. A long nose like you see witches in fiction having could also be added to the avatar noses. Oh, we could have a broom! If we ever have accessories we could even have a cat familiar (if accessories work like that).
