"Okay...sorry, but I never tasted monster meat before...0_0 Mainly animals and the sort. But, yeah, bringing my giant sword wouldn't help, but I also have Fear Creation, if that would help? But yeah, you can see into the future a bit, right? Couldn't you tell us if we would succeed in catching and taming one?"

A small while after, he finally noticed that Era was on the ground again, with messy hair. "Wow...I never thought you could look worse than before!" He said sarcastically joking. "But I could just find out your fear before you make bugs crawl up my clothes...right?" He smiled wickedly.

'I still look better then you princes. '

'My worst fear?, like having to wash your stinking socks ? Oh wait, never mind, I already do that.'

(Smirk)

"Hey! Maybe we should just ditch you here, Era! " he joked, pinching her cheeks hard.

Era ignored him, grinning. Rubbing her cheek.
Waiting for the others to say something instead.

"I . . .kind of? I can tell you that we will succeed but I can't tell you what it will be that we succeed with, or even numbers . . . . . anyways fighting won't get us anywhere, we should keep it down too. There might be something close by waiting to ambush us . . . ." Fester said somewhat quietly glancing around quickly. "Era can you sense if something's around? Or can you try telling them we come in peace or something?" He didn't fully understand how Era's powers worked, he just knew animals understood her and she understood animals and he hoped that would be enough to stop any attacks.

"Well...I guess if it's a monster hiding I can use my 'Third-eye' to spot it but it's only going to be for a few minutes, and then I'd have to rest for awhile, meaning I can only assist in a small way." Blake said, turning to Era.

"But hopefully Era, you can see and feel what an animal sees and feels, right? If it's an animal, you would be able to feel it, but if it's a monster, you wouldn't be able to, right?"

That depends on the monster. I can if the monster is in fact a sort of animal.


She turned back to Blake. Playfullness gone for the moment. 'What did they look like? You and Hunter saw them right?'

While she asked that, she also tried to see if she could make contact with what was near them.

She had devolped a new skill not so long ago, but she had no full controll of that yet. To see/feel/hear or smell what an animal does.

What she could do was talk to them, in human language, and they would understand her, and in return she would understand anything they told her in their own animal language. She had no idea how that worked, it just did.

Now she tried her new power, to try and see if she could feel or see anything the creature did.

Tried as she might, it didn't work.


'Sorry guys, I tried, my new ability just isn't strong enough yet. That or our guest is not a animal or an animal type monster.'

She looked down. '' I wish I could tell you for sure. '' (She felt bad that her new powers couldn't help yet.)

"Era, we can't be so sure it's a monster but if you can feel anything, then we can be sure it's either that bush being moved by the wind, or an animal in it!" He said, pointing to the rustling bush.

     "Hey don't feel bad, getting a new power is rough, I know how it feels not being able to control your powers. When I got my future sight I couldn't control what I saw. So I saw terrible things that will never happen. . . . bed endings that only would have been caused if something impossible happened . . . . anyways don't feel bad, and think of this as practice! And if we catch something you can practice on them too!" Fester tried to stay positive unable to tell them whether they were animals or monsters.

'Thanks Fess. Yeah I can practise. Sure thing.'

She saw the moving bushes.

"Wait, let me try something else.'

She walked to the tree she was standing closest too, on it was a small bug.

'Hey there little fella, would you please fly near that bush and look what is hiding there?' (she whisperd in a soft voice as to not scare the bug.) '

The bug made a buzzing noise and flew around the bush.
Moving back on her hand she listend to the buzzing.

'Uhu, ok, thank you little guy. '

She turned back to Fester and Blake.

No need to worrie guys. That is just a bunny. The bunny was simply to far away for my new powers to reach her.

She looked a bit down at that again. But remembering Festers words she cheered up for now.

'Well then, shall we go find the monsters now?'
