Zex knocked again. " Justice? "

Akira roused a bit next to him.

Clarity bit her lower lip just a bit, canines perfect and white. She might just be a tad nervous.

"Yeah?" he said, coming to a sit. He gently stroked Akira's head a bit. "You wanna get up, sweet stuff?" He asked her softly.

" Can we talk? "

Akira's eyes slowly opened and smiled up at Justice.

Clarity's right ear twitched a few times as her eyes trained on the door.

"Sure...give me a sec." He said, smiling gently down at Akira before placing a brief kiss to her lips.

Zex glanced down at Claire.

That made her smile even more.

She seemed faintly nervous in her eyes, but mostly excited as her tail was still wagging.

Justice smiled more back and then stood carefully, shaking himself out and making sure his fur was decent before walking over and opening the door. " 'Bout what?" He said, although his tone was gentle his eyes asked 'why the hec you so close to my lil sis?!'.

Akira sat up, looking over at the door.

" I want you to let me date Claire. " He said.

Clarity nodded, giving an innocently excited smile.

Justice's ears fell back. "Zex...let us talk alone, please?" he meant he didn't want Clarity to see what he was going to pull Zex into. He knew his sis was to sensitive and innocent to understand that he'd only be trying to be sure that he would always be there and keep her safe like their father had been till the end of their mothers life...other than not being by her bedside as she died. That had been Justice.

He let go of Claires hand.

Clarity let him, not hurt, but innocently tilted her head to her brother but he simply patted her head like some baby and motioned Zex to walk outside with him as he began toward the exit. He was fairly stiff.
