Then couldn't suppress his joy as he laughed openly, "To think I've been completely alone for over a year! I was beginning to think I'd be alone forever, but now I have you."

So the woman hadn't been his mate? But now she was... Strange, her master was well above breeding age so why had it taken him so long to find a mate? Nights licked her paws as she thought just how unnecessarily complicated humans were.

Ase~
"Same." She cooed leaning her head on his chest. It was perfect now. The only thing that could make it better was if there was a child, if Mia was there with them. She thought not of this but only the way he made her feel, the warmth they seemed to share.

~Theon~

"Here, give me your hand." he said as he held out a palm. Ase rested her hand on his and he slipped the ring onto her finger. "It isn't much but, I did the best I could. The bead is a good luck charm, I found it when I was a kid back when I still lived at the manor."

Ase~
"It's quiet lovely." She smiled looking down at the ring that now rest on her finger. It was stunning, truly stunning. "I love you." The woman said hugging him again. This simple act made her feel wanted, loved even.

~Theon~

"I'm glad you like it. My father taught me how to make things like that before he died. He was quite the artist actually that's why he loved working in the gardens so much, though he always wanted to be a jeweler."
Then smiled at the memories, it was nice to be able to remember his father like this as an artist and a dreamer rather than as a man executed for a crime he didn't commit.

Ase~
"He sounds like a wonderful man." The woman smiled. "So what now dear?" It had been a while since she had called any one that. It gave her a warm fuzzy feeling.

Shadow looked at Wisp. "Run with Dark." Shadow said. She couldn't move. The human's friend had her trapped her. Dark looked at Shadow.

Theon chuckled and gave Ase a kiss on the forehead. "It's a little too early to sleep, how about some tea... Though you should probably make it I think."
Now that Ase was familiar with his culinary skills or rather lack thereof that she wouldn't protest to this.
Theon was fine with just being able to spend some time with her, they didn't always need to be doing something.

Wisp~
She squeaked in protest but did as told. She pushed Dark along using her noise. They needed to go.

Shadow watched her kits run off. She didn't want to leave them alone. She couldn't and so she tried to fight back.

Dark cried and ran. He hoped his mother would be okay.
