Thanx, Frawn and Aaron. I expect that, once Festival has been over for awhile, and people have sorted their Stables (and their gold supply has recovered), we're going to be seeing a lot of glistening li'l tadpoles with the new traits.
Eagle's breeding fee will come down eventually, of course, but any member of VV! gets a minimum discount of 50%--more if you're short of gold. Plus there are always breeding trades.
Different subject--I've decided to stop changing my avatar quite so often. It is nifty that I can frequently identify a friend by their avatar, but I have made it nearly impossible for friends to so identify me. This is the look I'm currently trying on for size--

Hmmmmm.....
The skin tone looks like mine used to when I first arrived on Sylestia; even the hair colour is similar. Also, the colours appear to clash (the eyes with the skin), but the eyes match the wings and the the skin/hair matches the weapon...So I'm not quite sure what to think of it! It's dashing, and it will grow on me, I am sure. I'm also getting a little intuitive niggle at the species you are trying to go for, but it seems to be a long buried memory. So, again. your avatar reminds me of someone that probably doesn't exist. Eh.
Also a word of warning, if you plan on overly using that pew pew weapon, prepare for a (friendly and harmless) duel off...with ME! (when I find it, again. It's in my room, somewhere...)
