His eyes opened, glazed over once more. "Get away from me, now!"

Puck shoved them away as Ash leaped across the room, his sword coming down in a sapphire blur. Puck and Ash battle in the middle of the living room. Puck won, Ash would be killed. But if Ash emerged victorious, the girls would lose everything, including their own lives. As Ash whirled away from a vicious upward slash, something glittered beneath his hair at the base of his skull. A tiny spark of cold, iron glamour glimmered at the top of Ashs spine. That was it! The bug, the thing that was controlling him and, ultimately, killing him.

Lise started slowly moving away from the battle, but behind Ash. She needed to grab that bug, but without being noticed and killed by Ash.

She runs at him, not bothering with the element of surprise.

Ash whirled, his eyes narrowing in their direction. As Pucks knife came down at his back, he spun, knocking it aside, and stabbed forward with his weapon. Puck twisted desperately, but it wasnt enough, and the icy blade plunged deep into his shoulder. Puck stumbled back, dark blood blossoming over his shirt, his face tight with pain.

Isiea lunges right at him, claws fully unsheathed.

" Puck! " Lise yelled.

Ash stormed her, and the sword came slashing down at Isiea's head.

Puck was trying to get up

She ducks to the side, and grabs his sword-arm.

she let isiea handle Ash and went over to Puck.
