"That creature from the bottom of the sea is gone now and that's what matters. My crew is no longer in danger because of the Waverider." Skipper growled glaring at Selkie.
Selkie just continued to scrub the deck making sure he was looking away from Skipper.

Kaladin growled back with a look that screamed "And you were about as helpful as a blade of grass" before walking off.

Selkie shrunk down at the growl. Scrubbing the deck Selkie stretched out his right arm only to have a wave of pain go through his entire body starting at his side.
Skipper growled back "And you are about as friendly as a hook."

"Look in the mirrior, captain," Kaladin curtly shot back, quills flaring out slightly. He glanced at Selkie, then looked back at Skipper. He took his anger down a notch, letting his fur lower. "I mean no disrespect," He said in a hushed tone. "But he needs rest. He's been straining himself since this morning, his injury has been getting worse and worse, and he hasn't eaten in days. Just until he recovers, and I won't bother you about this further,"

"Why do you think he keeps going so hard?" Skipper asked.
The bell rang at that molment chow time.
Selkie put away the bucket and scrub brush and went to the galley as did Skipper.
The cook was passing out fish and some fruit. When he got to Selkie's plate he put down half a fish and a small lemon. "Sorry orders are orders."
Selkie ate what he was given uncompaining.
Skipper got a large fish and two mangos. "Aren't you hungry Kaladin?"

Sterling blushed at this,"I try my best" he mumbled.Filicty laughed,"Yes he does.Knows most the horses like the back of his hand"

"Something small is fine. I ate before we left," He replied, sitting down. "What were you saying?"

Collin grinned. "No need to get all modest!" He said, patting Sterling's back.

"i guess horses just...caring for them comes to me naturally.

Collin just kept smiling. "So Felicity and Sterling, how did you join this fine organization?"
