Me too. ^^; This puzzle has stumped me, so I'm sadly not contributing much anyway. If anyone needs a human battering ram, though, bring me along. :)

A friend told me a riddle kind of like this a while ago I just don't exactly remember the answer...

Oh I haven't even tried to solve it, and to be honest, I've forgotten about this thread as well. Since you announced going back to the states and focusing on school, I've turned to other aspects of this site. ^^;

Woops. This. Sorry I kind of. Dropped off for most of the festival and then forgot about this.

Riddle, right.

I'd ask "Which door would he say you'd say I should take?" Because regardless of who you ask, it will always be the same door, the door that leads to death. If I ask the guard who tells the truth, then he will tell me the liar will say I should take the door that leads to my death. If I ask the guard who always lies, he will tell me that the truthful guard who would otherwise tell me what door would lead to freedom, will tell me the door that leads to my death as well, as he is a liar.

So, after asking the question and knowing which door would lead to my death, I'd pick the other door so I could move on to safety.
