"Can I flip,Justy?" Clarity asked down to her older brother but the male furry shook his head. "Ge the hang of it,just work with your tilts and new weight." She nodded and started using her weight to sway and play a little with the air currents. "Justy? How do you know this stuff,you don't have wings." She called down to her brother,who sighed. "Mom taught me first,then dad tried after she...left. I only know what I've been told,I don't know how it'll actually turn out in the air." He flinched as Clarity seemed shocked and one of her wings dipped and she had to spin a few ways to gain back her balance.

Gale watched her from the ground, flapping his large wings too.

Clarity watched Gale's wings and then tried to copy,twisting her base joints to work her wings similar to his.

Gale flew up to her.

She gave a wave. "Hi." She was still quite innocent but it was fading from her as she slowly understood more of life.Slowly but rather quickly actually.

He barked at her.

Clarity was beating rather low,wings only going up about to her back a bit and then stroking down quickly.That wouldn't give her enough air underneath to stay up for long.

Thankfully Gale was there to support her if she needed it.

And she would if she kept up her tiring strokes. Her tail did no good for her yet,hanging there between her legs nervously,and her fluffy ears where back.Scared. "It's so far down...." She swallowed hard,wings thrusting quickly but she was using to much energy with them.

Justice seemed just a little nervous,he'd seen their mother fly even when she'd been pregnant with Clarity but he'd never seen her wings work that way.And so it worried him because his mother had even worked them well with the added weight of Clarity in her...but Clarity was having trouble with just herself.

Gale barked up at her, then began flying gracefully. He was doing flaps every 5 seconds or so, not too strong but strong enough to keep him in the air and not tire him out so quickly.
