I start to walk forward slowly wonder in my ginger gaze.

You hear a crunch of grass behind the tree, as if someone had stepped there.

I continue to step forward my ears waggiling and twitching and my tail sweeping side to side in curiosity.

Suddenly, with a burst of noise, a young-looking man hops out from behind the tree. You would've been able to discover more about him, if it weren't for the fact that he was holding a sword in front of your face.



(I'm going to go eat, so bathe in the suspense :D )

I yelp and jump back shifting and landing hard on my back eyes wide in shock and fear, my mouth a gape as my eye color changes from the ginger color to hazel to bronze to gold and back to hazel in shock.
(alrighty take your time lol)

He lowers his blade, not even reacting otherwise to you. Now that your life isn't immediately in danger, you can see that a blue, glowing orb is hovering above his non-sword palm. His eyes are a steely grey, surveying you. "You aren't Sibnele." He sheaths his sword. "A good thing, I guess. I'm in no form to put up a good fight to him."

I still looked at him shocked my eyes wide as they flashed bronze and then blue, my gaze shot from his steely gaze to the sword and back to his gaze "i... uh...." I was at a loss for words.

luca watches from a tree her bow ready.

As he raises his hand, the orb vanishes. A thin, transparent rectangle, glowing with the same gentle aura, appears at his fingertips. He taps at it for a few seconds, then flicks his hand. It vanishes as well. He's still looking at you with a blank but wise gaze. "You're an Aruan, aren't you?"
