Theyre... weirdly hard. Its as if theres no muscle under the surface; only bone and cartilage. This clearly isnt the cade because she can move her fingers, but its extremely abnormal.

This is usually how hands with claws feel. But humans dont have claws, and Oberon isnt a kind of fey who has claws either.
