Ase~
She turned to see the Morkkos cuddling each other. "I think he was afraid he was going to lose her just as I was with you." She smiled. Carefully she leaned on him holding her side. "They are adorable, even if they did kill those hunters earlier." The woman turned to look at him. Was it too soon to ask?

~Theon~
Theon smiled, "Well it's good to know that doesn't disqualify someone from being adorable to you or else I'd be out of luck."

Ase~
"Haha funny." She giggled. "So what now? And no I'm not resting, I've slept enough today."

~Theon~
Theon sighed though he knew he would have said the exact same thing if he was in her position.
"I'm pretty sure none of the hunters got away but we should still scout around the exit and deal with the bodies to be sure we aren't compromised. That is if you're up for it." though he was facing Ase he was addressing the morkko as well, after all Altair was un injured and would probably be his best shot at getting everything cleaned up before dark.

Ase~
"Let's go then." She said with an arm still around his neck. "Come on Altair!" She called. Reluctant the boar followed them leaving Maria to rest.

~Theon~
This time it was Theon's turn to help Ase climb out of the tunnel. Once all three of them were out once more Theon was able to appreciate just how graphic the scene must have been. With a sigh Theon took off his shirt and tossed it aside, "I just put on a clean one, no use in that if I just get it covered in blood." he explained to Ase.

Where to begin? "Not that they deserve any sort of proper burial but, its probably best if we bury them anyways. Altair, could you start on digging a hole while I gather up the remains?"

Ase~
"No, we burn them. No remains for animals to find." She said looking the mount of bodies. "We can start by piling them up." she said as she took a quick seat. Her side was burning though she tried not to let it show. "Hey Theon, can I ask you something?"

~Theon~
On second thought she was probably right about that one. He would need her help to find all the remains though, they were much harder to locate now that they weren't breathing or giving off any body heat.

Theon helped ease Ase down, "What is it?"

Ase~
How could one ask this? She wasn't sure, this was the first time she had done this really. "I was thinking, when you were hurt earlier, I felt sick. Like I was lost, that I couldn't move on without you. Coul-would you..." She stopped a bit flustered by herself. What was she doing! "Never mind, forget about it."

~Theon~
"Alright... I guess..." What on earth could she have wanted him to do? If she wanted him to be more careful she would have to look for a different partner. He wasn't going to sit quietly while someone attacked her, no he would take them down along with himself if need be.

It took some time to gather all the remains and blood stained objects into one place and by that time Theon was covered in blood and dirt, he felt disgusting but at least it got done quickly enough.
