Rei sprints off, neighing a goodbye to the others as he turns a corner. Caspian watches, looking back to Hessonite after a few minutes. He sighs, kicking some rubble. "Being able to... mess with time comes with a price, I consider it a sacrifice." He explains.

" Does it mess with your mind? "

He shrugs, "Sort of. It gives me visions of the future, of people I know, or care about." He explains, "They show when I'd have enough time to get to them to save them. It drives me insane and I don't get enough sleep because of it."

Kio and Shino
The two listened, being curious. None of them spoke, Kio looking dark.

"Yeah, I normally have Rei go to do it if I'm busy, which is all the time." He chuckles, looking at his watches. He mumbles something under his breath, grabbing a bag he had been carrying around and taking out some papers. "I'm still a royal, I may be a rouge but I still have to take care of my kingdom... apparently." He sneers, rolling his eyes.

He sits gracefully, grabbing a pen and flipping through a packet of words, agreements, and treaties in different languages. He huffs, signing three of the 10 and folding it, he holds up a hand, smirking. He grabs an hourglass, opening it and slipping the packet in, he flips it over. The paper disappears, he sets the hourglass back in his bag, chuckling. "Never gets old."

" What did you do? "

"The sands of an hourglass can make things float through time, in time I would have sent that via. bird or something. Now It just sends it through time to the person." He explains, chuckling.
