I follow the human, glancing around at everything in wonder, it was so different from the catacombs

Farren is at the gate when his sister runs to him and tackles him with a hug.
"Farren! I thought you would be gone for forever. You disappeared with the Deamons and... Oh, when did you get a pet dog? You should have told me you had gotten one! What's it's name? Hello, little one." Bridget crouches down and lets Cara sniff her. The wolf didn't count as a stranger - it's an animal, not a being she had to interact with and get to know as much as she did with humans. Bridget has to sweep her dark blue hair out of the way of her grey eyes since it had gotten dislodged from behind her ear as she had leaned down to pet what she assumes is Farren's pet.

I wag my tail happily and lick her face, Somehow I knew this was Bridget, Jets girlfriend. I run around her legs and sit down, cocking my head.

"Aw, your dog is so cute!" Bridget says, barely able to keep up with Cara. She laughs and pets the Deamon wolf, a million emotions running across her face. Finally, it settles on one and she stands, roughly shoving her brother.
Bridget looks absolutely furious as she yells at him, "I thought I had lost you forever! You can't go disappear like that again. Especially not before work! You're late!" She calms down some and gives him a big hug. "I love you."
Farren stumbles back a step when she shoves him, not having expected it, though he should have, and then leans back when she gives him a hug, another gesture he should have been prepared for.

I watch this, barely able to contain my laughter. I bark happily and the two, wagging my tail

Bridget offers to watch Farren's pet while he goes to work, petting the dog and completely ignoring her brother's response when she starts to coo at the Deamon wolf, "Who's a pretty girl? Who's a pretty girl? You are! Yes, you are."
"Deamon, don't try anything." Farren tells Cara before he's obliged to get to work.
"Deamon? Huh. That's an... interesting name for him to pick. Also... I don't remember his work being close enough for him to walk to..." Bridget watches Farren enter his work. She's an open book, and right now the letters are spelling out the words 'suspicion' and 'concern'.

I lick Bridget again, I'd be in deep trouble if Jet showed up. She knew what my wolf form was.

Bridget smiles and gently pets Cara. "You're a nice dog. No wonder my brother chose you. He usually doesn't like dogs." She pauses and seems to be working out a puzzle in her head. "You, um... You aren't actually a Deamon, are you? I'd feel real bad for petting you if you were. I mean, I wouldn't pet another Human, so I wouldn't want to do the same to a Deamon in case it's seen as rude or belittling or something the same way it can be in Human society." Bridget laughs nervously, pulling her hand back.

"Nah, its fine when I'm in this form, I like it" I say "You're not utterly surprised about demons, has Jet told you already?"
