There was a sash lock and a lift she could pull on to open it. "Thank you. Now, have you seen a young woman, that looks around 20 years old, has white hair, and blue eyes that you haven't seen around town before?"

she unlocked it, then slowly lifted it open. Lilja glanced towards the door in the room, before slowly climbing out the window.

The wind howled and drowned out the conversation going on inside. It blew snow against her and moved Lilja's hair and hood. Some snow managed to drift inside the house. Beyond the house was the same old pine forest. In front of it and to the sides of it were other houses.

(Dam I'm still inconsistent during summer, oof. Do you want me to send a raging Micheal towards Lilja or do you want her to find out who the murderer is because I have no idea where this is going lol)
The beginnings of a blizzard were starting to brew in the pine forest. Everything was a bit blurred because of the whirling winds picking up and throwing snow around in the air. The tall cold mountains separating the northernmost country of -insert name of our fictional continent, idk- from the town behind her was barley visible.

The freezing temperatures didn't bother Lilja, but even she had trouble seeing. Nonetheless, she continued her run away from the town and houses.

There was nobody to question or stop Lilja as she ran away from the town. The only things witnessing her fleeing was the wind, snow, and pines.

Not that she would stop running. She needed to get as far away as she could. The minute she stopped was the minute she got caught.

(Since you didn't specify which direction she was running I assumed mountains again)
At the base of the mountains, again there was three people taking shelter in a cave who were surrounded by the same pack of wolves from earlier. I'm reusing too many things This time, the pack of wolves seemed to have taken a liking to them and one wolf was even nuzzling with one of them.
The wolves seemed to have noticed Lilja and started growling at her. The one who had been nuzzled soothed the wolves and looked at Lilja, or at least seemed to, since she was blind. She seemed to be gesturing for Lilja to come.
A young man that was leaning on the cave wall looked at Lilja with suspicion. Another girl they're all around the same age range as Lilja was tending to a fire near the back glanced at Lilja then at the girl before tending to the fire a bit more.
(While in the middle of writing my response, I was like, what about the one ice dragon that attacked Micheal? And, oh, Micheal. Eh, whatever. Lilja's the main protagonist of this rp and everyone else is basically side characters at this point. Not that I'm complaining though.)
