Well I say it depends on the power. Let's say you can heal anything, that would be too op, so you would have to have a drawback. If you could let's say summon tea or something, there is no need for a drawback. I would rather you make a draw back but it is not necessary (Mostly because my evil characters can be a tad overpowered ;P )
