He waited in the shadows, seeing one gray one fall. But they'd still lose, perhaps. Pulling his dagger silently from its sheath, he thought perhaps to kill the intruders where they stood. But no.. he had his orders. Climbing up a tree in the chaos, he slid down, landing squarely on one of the remaining gray's shoulders. "And you, you will pretend to save them and join them, betraying them at the end, leading them to their doom." Tiffany's words rung silently in his head as the gray buckled under his weight. The dagger had slit cleanly against the gray's throat before it finished falling to its knees. One of the grays lunged for him, and he kneed it in the stomach, slamming forward and cutting open its chest as that one too fell. I've got to make this look real.. As a third grabbed him from behind, he acted as if taken off guard and let it slam him to the ground. The wound that came after by the possessed one was not planned for. Clenching his teeth, he struggled for one more moment before slamming his head against its own, causing it to stumble back. Isaac spit.b He was bloody, bleeding, bruised, in pain. The grays retreated back to their home as they were supposed to, running as Isaac leaned, trembling, on the ground with one arm propped up to keep him off the flat of his back.

"You all right?" Kenzie asked and raced forward to help.

Caterina hurried over. "Are you ok? I know first aid. WHere does it hur tmost?"

"*****. He dropped out of nowhere." Nicote mutteerd. Not trusting this.

He looked up at the 'intruder' and the others that came over.The closest one.. some kid with purple hair, it seemed. The way him.. or her.. had come to help so quickly made him wonder briefly if it wasn't the enemy. He blinked. No, this was one of the intruders trying to overthrow his mistress. The thought that someone could be so two-face rose bile in the back of his throat, though his expression was wide and blank a moment. "Yea.. I think I'll be fine.." He said with a shaky smile, "How about you. re you alright?" He struggled into a sitting position, his crimson eyes glinting as they looked at him/her. His hair and eyes matched the blood that dripped from his dagger and his wounds, save for the way the blood was a little darker and didn't gleam in the sunlight the way his hair did. Tilting his head, he said "I hope you're all right, the grays aren't a fun bunch to fight. Unless I'm fighting them, then things get interesting." He inched the humor out through the pain streaking through his body, shining a somewhat-innocent smile.

Kenzie sighed. "Yeah. Just winded I think. Grey ones are no fun... I wonder if they ever have parties... Not that I have... But that would be sad if they don't. Have they ever had cake? I mean, are you sure you'll be fine?

Hayden blinked awake and sat up slowly, his head ringing, what had happened? He stood up, almost falling over, he stopped himself and stared around the clearing, his eyes landing on the new kid... he looked like he was in pain.

Tiffany scowled quietly in her base, Jack back in her arms "You idiots," She yelled at the grey ones and they flinched "I told you to not hurt the boy! What do you do... YOU HURT THE BOY!"

"Sorry," One of them mumbled looking scared "I did not know the gold one w-"

"THE GOLD ONE? No the one on ARE side, idiot," She sighed and extended her energy to Isaac, numbing the pain and making the healing process faster, not fast enough for others to notice, but fast enough.
"Good job Isaac," She said in his ears, even though she was not next to him "Good job."

Have they never had cake? The insolent child. Isaac hid his disgust, giving another smile, though this time slightly strained. " I'm sure with a good rest I'll be alright." He insisted. Calling upon memories he long-wishes to forget, he ripped the sleeve of his jacket and wrapped it tight around his worst wound. Flinching ever so slightly, he got up and looked at each person standing before him, unable to hide the uneasiness in his eyes. After all, with a few good hits they could send him to an early death, wounded as he was. He heard his mistress's praise in his ears, and the numbing of his pain, and had new hope. He would do this, and one day soon enough they would all die.

Nyx looked back to the young male that had light hair. She kneeled down, watching him. Without saying a single word, her gaze seemed to ask if he was alright.

Hayden investigated Isaac, ignoring the ringing of his head and the black dots that danced before his eyes "Hello, who are you? Are you okay?"
Watching him carefully he sat down, his eyes twinkling with trust, yeah, he already trusted this random stranger.
