Or, just imagine a very dark purple, crystal-lined, winged wolf. Yes, I'm aware the picture is white.
Powers: His crystals can glow a variety of colours, representing different abilities:
Red: An attack involving the body being physically enhanced.

Blue: An attack involving incredibly speed to the point where it seems like the world is in slow motion.

Green: Not an attack, but it will gradually regenerate injuries, i.e. broken crystals.

Yellow: A great counterattack that can reflect damage if properly timed.

Orange: Allows it to manipulate magic easier, which can increase its magic defence and attack. This can be layered with another colour.

Strengths: Physically strong and very intelligent.

Weaknesses: Easily forgets the 'brains-over-brawn' philosophy. As the only one of his species left in nature, he stands at high value on the markets. As his crystals are high conductors of magic, this also means it will be easier to. . .mentally attack him.

Personality: Dorei is quite large for his age, being around a foot taller than an adult wolf. If he decides to leap into battle, he'll attack anyone near him, even allies. He's loyal, but his affinities change often, especially if magic is involved (mind control, stuff like that). With humans, he's a little nervous, as his parents were killed by humans for their crystals.

Crush: maybe we'll find out.

RP example: Dorei launched himself at the thick bars. Although he knew deep down that'd it be impossible for him to break them, it still felt good to take out his anger.

Hunting in complete darkness, climbing on most surfaces

Extremely thin skin, cannot see, cannot climb on smooth surfaces, incapable of any vocalization besides screeches

Personality:
Easily set off, unless he recognizes a voice, and will protect things smaller than him, until he gets hungry. He is happy with staying in the lab for the most part.

Backstory:*
Being a cave-beast, he never met his parents, as they simply laid his egg inside a cave system separate from their own, and leaving it. Tenori lived inside an that cave system for most of his life, up until a group of archaeologists started exploring it, believing there were ruins inside. He attacked them, thinking they were dangerous, and grievously wounded a good portion of the group. Afterwards, when the archaeologists spoke to several agencies, Biotech came along and took him into their labs. He appreciates knowing he is safer, but does not appreciate the smaller space, testing, and inability to find another cave-beast to form a life-bond with

Tenori stalked around the room, whipping around and baring his fangs at the slightest noise. He had just been knocked out and taken to this strange place, not at all like his caves. As a door hissed open, he quickly turned to look at it, screeched, and poised his tail to strike, akin to a scorpion. None of this had any effect on whatever entered the room, odd footsteps still entering the box, drawing closer to where the beast stood.

Other:
Tenori is fascinated with fish, and rarely uses his claw-arm, as it is underdeveloped, and hurts to move. His eye-markings are there to warn off predators, and his venom is a mild neurotoxin, not causing much permanent damage to humans, but causing more severe damage to anything dog-sized and smaller. Personality:
Sammy is shy and easily scared, her shifting allows her to change her identity, her eye color, hair color and into any animal she wants. She is supremely gullible and doesn't tend to trust easy.

Backstory:
Her parents left her when she was 12 so she grew up taking care of herself. She found her shifting ability when she was 10, which scared her parents when they found out. When she turned 15 she could manipulate water and when she turned 16 she found out she could manipulate fire.

Extras: She's 5'1" and tends to wear a black tank top, a leather jacket, ripped jeans, she has a scar on her left eye and a zodiac (Cancer) tattoo on her right shoulder blade, which she never shows anyone intentionally.
