I am not sure either, I have bought some exclusive themed pets for as little as 500g all the way to 100000g for one. The female I have that is a Polar Winds only cost me 6000g. I guess it depends on the seller. I paid too much for the highest one but all of its siblings and parents had been released and I did not want to see it be released also so I bought it, then found the owner has not been on the game in more than a year so I wasted money on a pet that was not in danger of being released after all.
I can pay 15k for each.
