You wave your hands, looking up and down the street for a cab. You are successful, and you enter into the horse-drawn cab. "Where to, young lady?" The driver asks you as you enter the carriage.

The woman speaks as you near her. "Clint, dear! What would you like?" Her familiarity was slightly unsettling, you do not remember coming here often nor giving her your name. Either way, there was hot chocolate, so you ordered and the woman set about to fulfilling your order. As she was melting some chocolate, she looked back up at you. "Another case? You seem troubled."

I check behind me to see if there are any houses close. if there are I get out the car knock on the door and if someone answers ask for the house number on the address I received. If there are no houses close enough I drive through the woods

There were houses on the street, but you'd driven past them earlier when you made the decision to investigate the end of the road. You could either turn back to the houses or continue on to see what was inside of the forest.

I give him the address of the mansion.

He looks at the piece of paper and then at you, eyes wide. "Be careful where yer going, kay?" He dropped his voice down to a small whisper that you could barely hear as he urged the horses into a trot. "That place... Not good reports have come from there." He did not try to stop you from going, however.

In all honesty he couldn't recall where this woman knew him from, but then again he couldn't recall what or even when he had last eaten. Everything had gotten so blurry and hard to remember. "It's just that there aren't many leads." He answered. "I've been working so hard as well that I think I'm losing it...everything seems to just blurt together..."

She finished your hot chocolate and set the mug on the counter before you. She had a concerned expression on her face as she did so. "Clint, dear, are you okay? You aren't working yourself too hard, are you?" She gave you a ring thing you put around hot cups so you wouldn't burn your hand. "What is it now? What happened?"

Sorry, i'm not really into mystery. Mystery scares me more than bloody, brain eating zombies for some reason. Lol!
