Wolf walked over to Starflight. "So I just choose something and tell you I'm taking it? Or..." Wolf and Starflight talked abit, then Wolf left happily with two books in his talons. He entered the Lapis room, then saw his stuffed bear toy on the ground. He rushed forward and picked it up, then set it and the two books on the bed.

"What... the heck was that thing?" Arid asked, dumbfounded by the sloth. "My niece is actually a hybrid, I know it's not even close to the same thing, but she's a sea and sandwing hybrid, and honestly, or never understood any of the hatred of hybrids, they're still dragons" Arid rambled. "And even if most of your family hates you, I'll always be on your side... well, okay, not always, but I'll try to be as supportive as possible, I'm not going to assist with any murders" Arid shrugged

"Darn." Wolf said for the last part of the dragon's rambling. How long were they going to talk? "Now shush, your voice is annoying." Wolf twitched his tail. "Do we have the same classes? I hope not."

Carmine

"Of course we are." Carmine said. "We're all in the same Winglet, aren't we? So we'll have the same classes too. And thank you Arid, that's very kind for you to say." She brushed her wings against his, then turned to the Rainwing-Nightwing. "What's your name again?"

"My name is none of your business." Wolf hissed. He seemed tired, and yawned, his talons grabbing his stuffed bear. The left ear of it was burnt. He growled then said, "Wolf."

She watched him for a few more seconds, unsure of how to respond. "I like your name," she commented. "It isn't like all the other Rainwing names but it's not a bad name either." Her sloth climbed up her shoulder and up one of her wings.

The leaf pattern on Wolf's wings turned bright pink. He mumbled something, then turned away with a grunt. "I'm not too different from others though. Except..." Wolf touched the scar on his cheek.

Cometchaser fluttered her iridescent wings and folded them. "I agree," she said with a light giggle. The name Pineforest circulated in his head, a storm of discontent. She decided not to ask, curling up with a yawn, not of exhaustion but of extreme boredom. "You people are boring, I'm going to read, don't mind me."

Carmine

Does it have something to do with my uncle... Pineforest? She shook her head. Probably not, I shouldn't bring it up without knowing. Carmine leaped onto her ledge as Dragonfruit curled up beside Cometchaser, who he seemed to like. "Alright. I wonder when the Icewing's coming?"


Ardea

Ardea eased herself into the mud, relishing the feeling of the warmth of it against her scales. She was sore from flying and the mud helped. "So, everyone's here except the frost-breather."

"Actually, class should start soon, does it not? Just checking." Wolf's voice was still upset sounding. His tail flicked, annoyed. "Let the ice monster be late."
