DuskTail flattened her ears a bit...." Okay... lets see just how strange the day gets..... talk to a spirit, Check..... Change names, check" she said jokingly to herself before sighing and continuing her search of the burnt remains though she couldn't joke about the fact that it was very real

There was a sickly smell in the air, a few prey carcass and a bit of destroyed bracken and moss.

not that she could smell, but the carcasses looked like they would be rank, thus she decided to get a better look around by extending her claws and climbing a nearby tree to get a better view.
