Risza noticed the mermaid clinging for dear life to a rock. She braved the currents, hitting the rock he was on somewhat rough, and grabbed on. "Hello, I take it you're caught in the storm? I can help you out" she offered, hoping her deepsea appearance wouldn't startle him off
