Mino Smiled forcing her ears to stay down " Sure... I live in the woods Just beyond the town near the edge of the meadow" she said as they walked toward the stables. Maybe these people would be different. However she knew she couldn't get to comfortable for fear of slipping up in town. There was a reason she wanted to go to the stables tough. She had heard the other day of and unruly and aggressive stallion whom had caused trouble for the table hands, and if he wasn't tamed then he would be.... dealt with. Mino Had other plans though, She was on a mission to convince the Stable hands to turn the horse over to her for a small fee....

Lovissa sat in her wooden "treehouse" as she ate the bread she had barely bought at the market. Her job selling eggs at the market paid very little, but recently her employer had moved away and she had been looking for another job since.
The treehouse was composed of wood and set on the ground in between four close trees. The roof was provided by the abundance of leaves overhead, as she had tied the four trees together at roof height so that they would grow leaning slightly above her house. On the inside, she had all kinds of knickknacks on tables and shelves, from clay pots to large heavy books to vials of herbs and juices. Lovissa scanned the room in boredom, and noticed the Sapphire locket on the desk table, closed in a case waiting for her.
Three years ago...
Lovissa ran.
Away from home, away from comfort, away from safety. She knew they were after her. She had to protect the people she knew, even if it meant that she might never see them again. Away past the roads, through the cottages, knowing that on the inside, she was doing the right thing for the better. And she hated it.
Crying, her deep blue eyes shimmering, she ran with her satchel of the only things she could bring: a flask of water, a loaf of bread, the mysterious gemstone they had left the night before, and the sapphire locket her mother had given her. They were after her. It was her 14th birthday and she found out that she was protector of Sapphire. She remembered a man she'd never seen before walk by their cottage and peer suspiciously. The mysterious gemstone had fallen out of his pockets. But when she found it the next day, her birthday...
Lovissa had to run.
Away from her whole life.
