When you get back from you trip, I can create a new forum post for all of the people to post about the meeting between the two schools (unless you want me to start it tomorrow).
On a more 'formal' note :P
I, Headmistress Iolanthe of Magia Academy, invite the students and staff of Elemental Academy to join my prodigies in a week-long [friendly] competition between the two schools. We hope you can join us and we all welcome you with joy.
It will be an opportunity for students to meet and compare talents and skill.
