Can I make a league? If so it's the Fallen Embers league, who are generally peaceful but when you make them mad, they get MAD.
Their horses tend to have fire manes, rainbow scales, and wings, and the riders tend to ride bareback since they prefer to have armor on their horses and even stand atop their horses in battle.
Horse colors range from yellow to orange to red, and even possible yellowish-green or reddish-pink. Horse eye color tends to be any shade of blue or sometimes purple.
Example Horse:
The fire mane doesn't harm the riders or horses btw :)
Also, this particular horse is Fallen Embers (I hope to someday generate her)

I have decided to make your league offical. AllI need is for you to design your horse and it will make the Fallen Embers League

Since no one else has wowed me I am going to accept your league! I love your league because of the representtation of friendship(Tell me if it is not about this but that was my interpretation of your league.)
